Evainne is currently in development. Today, this website collects information only to operate a waitlist. We'll update this policy before the app collects any health information.
The email address you give us to join the waitlist, and basic, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used (if and when analytics are enabled).
To contact you with updates about Evainne's development, early access, and founding-member pricing — and nothing else without your consent.
By joining the waitlist you consent to receive these emails. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by emailing info@evainne.com.
We will never sell your personal information, and we will never sell health data.
We share your information only with service providers who help us operate (such as our email and hosting providers), under agreements that limit their use of it, or where required by law.
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and BC's Personal Information Protection Act, you may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@evainne.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
We keep your waitlist email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
We use reputable service providers and apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
We'll post updates here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated to you.
